Georgia Progressive Summit

Project Notes

For two days in January 2006, more than 300 Progressive activists from Georgia gathered for the first Georgia Progressive Summit (GPS). The summit was held at the Georgia State University Student Center in Atlanta. Georgia For Democracy, a progressive non-profit formed in the wake of the Howard Dean Presidential Campaign in 2004, organized the Summit in partnership with 25 other nonpartisan advocacy organizations. Below are a few samples of conference promotional pieces and event signage.
